  • How do your prices compare to booking directly?

    Our prices are equal to the operators. When bundled in packages they are often less.

  • Who is Australian Online Tour Bookings?

    Australian Online Tour Bookings is a 100% Australian owned and operated Online Travel Agents. We are a family run business. Our ABN is 69189344347.

  • How do I make a booking?

    Making a booking is really simple.

    1. Find the tour, attraction or package that you wish to book.
    2. Select the date of travel, the number of passengers and the time you wish to depart at and click Book!
    3. Check the details and enter your name, email and a local contact number and click confirm.
    4. We will then check your booking for availability and send you a confirmation email includes a link to make payment and secure your booking.
    5. Enjoy your tour!

  • Do you provide refunds?

    The provision of refunds in dependant upon the operator you are booked with. Where possible we will work towards a refund but depending on the timescales involved there can be certain percentage of administration fees for cancellation. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

  • Can I change my booking?

    Generally, yes. Provided the operator has adequate spaces available changing your booking date, time or number of passengers is usually something we can organise for you. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is something you would like to do.
